Ingredients
Method: With a fork, punch holes in the steaks to tenderize and allow the soy sauce marinade to seep in. Marinade in small bowl for no more than 1 hour. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in microwave. Drain Soy sauce and pour butter over steaks, swish them around to coat evenly. Heat up gas grill till very hot. Place steaks on grill and season with Mrs. Dash. Cook to your preference (I like them very rare). Great for Gutshot game. |
